Responsible persons or organizations (local or foreign) who are engaged in the manufacture, formulation or importation of agrochemicals from basic manufacturers and are actively engaged in the development of agrochemicals. 

Persons or organizations who do not qualify as full member but operate a qualified sales and/or service unit to inform and deal with customers in the use of agrochemicals or which represent a reputable manufacturing organization.

All corporate and governmental bodies involved in the research, development, regulation, registration and usage of agrochemicals.
